• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our products, provided they remain in their original condition, unless otherwise stated. 

• We offer free shipping for returns within Germany. For returns from outside of Germany, buyers are responsible for covering the shipping fee.

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return:

 

• Request a Return by sending us an email to contact@gloweva.com or submitting the below form. 

• If you're in Germany, we offer a free return label for every order. 

• You'll receive an email with your return label. Print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at a packing station.

• For orders within Germany, please note that your return is only free of charge if you use our return label. Otherwise, the return will be at your own expense, and unfortunately, we cannot reimburse postage costs.
