How to Initiate a Return:

If you're in Germany, we offer a free return label for every order.

You'll receive an email with your return label. Print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at a packing station.

For orders within Germany, please note that your return is only free of charge if you use our return label. Otherwise, the return will be at your own expense, and unfortunately, we cannot reimburse postage costs.
